BOOKINGS AND ENQUIRIES

- If you are considering booking with us, the easiest way to find the exact rates and
availability for your stay is to click on the button to the right. You can then make
a secure booking online, after which you will receive a personal email from us confirming your stay.

- You can also contact us personally (Amanda and Scott) via the "contact" page
if you have a specific enquiry or are looking to stay longer than two or three nights.
We can always offer reduced rates for longer stays.

CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

We are a small boutique family run business and cancellations can affect us greatly.

28 days prior to stay:
- deposit is fully refundable if you need to cancel for any reason.

7-28 days prior to stay:
- if we are able to re-book your retreat, the deposit will be
refunded less a $25 admin fee.

7 days prior to stay:
- cancellation of bookings within 7 days forfeit full tariff unless we are able to rebook
your accommodation. In this case your tariff is fully refundable, less a $25 admin fee.

This also applies to bookings where the date of your stay is deferred to a later time.

By booking Blackwattle Luxury Retreats, this means you accept
our cancellation policy and terms and conditions of stay
The credit card details provided when booking will be held as guarantee of your booking.



FURTHER INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
No bond is payable, however guests are responsible for costs due
to excess cleaning, damage or breakages over $20
For privacy purposes, only paying guests may be on the property
at any time unless permission is sought from the owners.
Left items are the responsibility of guests.
The Retreats are normally adult only - for ages over 16.
Small non-walking babies are welcome at no charge.
Cot, highchair and safety gate are available for hire.
