GST is included in the price.

Two night minimum stay applies on weekends and three
night minimum stay on long weekends.

Linen, doonas, blankets and towels are all provided.
Extras include Natio toiletries, basic cooking
ingredients (oil, salt etc), tea, coffee, and sugar, that
are all included in your tariff.

Deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking with
the balance required the night prior to arrival. If you
need to cancel your booking, your deposit is refundable
if we are advised within 21 days of your booking.

No bond is payable, however if additional cleaning is
required, there will be an additional charge. All
breakages must be paid for.

Minimum charge of $800 is payable for special event
weekends, whether for two or four guests.

Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Arrival and
departure times are often flexible - please enquire if we
are able to accommodate your request.

There is no smoking within the cottage.

Wireless internet connection to your laptop is available
free of charge - please enquire.
- Small dogs may be accepted by prior arrangement - please enquire.
