For those without a sweet tooth or wishing to have something savoury before diving into our dessert menu we have a selection of quiches, gourmet pies, meze & cheese plates and assorted sandwiches.
DESSERTS
The Sabor dessert range is extensive, ranging from traditional cheesecakes, classic chocolate cakes and tiramisu to macaroons, Portuguese Tarts and the award winning Portuguese Chocolate Mousse. They have also created an indulgent Chocolate dipping plate using Callebaut (Belgium Couverture Chocolate). All these should be coupled with a selection of Hunter Valley’s best Wines, Dessert wines, Ports & Liqueurs. Also available: individual desserts ranging from Black Chocolate Caviar, Cognac White Chocolate Log, Ecuadorian trio and Soufflé in various flavours.
DRINKS
The Hunter Valleys best selection of Wines, Dessert wines, Ports and Liqueurs are available to pair with the various desserts, like the Sticky Date pudding with Honey or Butterscotch moonshine from the Morpeth distillery. The selection is from local cellars and only available from local cellar doors which the team at Sabor will be happy to direct you to. Soft drinks and juices are also available. The full range of Barista made coffee is available using the specialty sourced Glinelli coffee. A selection of specialty teas from favourites like Chamomile, Earl Grey and English Breakfast is also available. The Hot Chocolate is to die for using warm, decadent melted Callebaut chocolate.


Tilly's Gourmet Pizza
Tilly’s gourmet pizza cafe is a refreshing addition to the many fine dining options in Hunter Valley wine country. We love their fresh and vibrant wood- fired pizzas, named after Australian painters. served in a casual, happy atmosphere. To further deepen your experience, you will be seated amongst some of the best original artwork in the Hunter in a light and modern decor. Tilly’s gourmet pizza cafe is fully licensed with a great range of beer and wine available, (at cellar door prices) specially selected to match the great pizza. Highly recommended!!!

Husband and wife team Adam and Ros blend warm service and an intimate atmosphere with exquisite food. Inspirational cuisine without the attitude. Menus change seasonally and there is a daily blackboard menu. It is a 40 seat, small, intimate restaurant and the aim of Adam and Ros is to look after each customer with the highest level of service and to serve food of the highest quality they can make.
Adam does weekly visits to the Sydney Vegetable Market and brings home boxes of fresh ingredients. While Adam is influenced by English chefs Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White and the Roux brothers, Ros is influenced by Serge Dansereau of Bathers Pavilion and the flavours of Maggie Beer. Muse prides itself in providing superior contemporary Australian cuisine and professional and friendly service in a world class setting. The team at Muse believe that preparing all food in house is important for staff training, consistency and quality. Breads, pasta, gnocchi, ice creams, pastries and butchery when possible are prepared in house by Muse chefs.
They use fresh, non-homogenised jersey milk, cream and butter from a local dairy farmer. Local game products, award winning cheese, and wines that hold their heads high on a world class stage. Dictated by the seasons, the menu changes frequently.

Matt and Nathan have developed a menu with a strong focus on the use of local produce. Eggs come from the estate’s free range chickens whilst vegetable and herb gardens on-site are sourced daily. Matt and Nathan have put together a range of menus to suit all tastes. Breakfast has great pancakes and eggs benedict cooked to perfection. For lunch try the beer battered snapper with rosemary salted hand cut chips and caper berry aioli, whilst for dinner we are doing some great classics along with modern Australian cuisine offering degustation dinners matched with RidgeView wine available Friday and Saturday night and all wine is available at ‘cellar door’ prices.
